
During Hypnotherapy, you will be guided through a relaxation process, in order to become calm and focussed. Arthur will help to turn your attention inwards through deep concentration or ‘Trance.’
In Trance, the part of your brain that worries, or looks for problems, is silenced. Using visualisation, or manifestation techniques, Arthur will engage with your imagination, so that together you can explore and install your desired behaviour or outcome. You could think of hypnotherapy as a relaxing daydream that comes with a tour guide!

The state of enhanced focus enables a discovery and utilisation of the power and resources that naturally lie within you and can assist with regaining control of certain areas of life. Arthur believes that if you can feel or imagine something, then you must also have the ability to imagine not feeling or imagining it.
Hypnotherapy sessions take place in a calm and therapeutic environment where all experiences and situations are considered in positive ways, in order change ways of thinking and behaviour.
Arthur is an unwavering believer in self-awareness over self-judgement. He will help you to discover how quickly change can happen when you make that robust connection from your unconscious mind to your conscious goals and dreams. Hypnotherapy will create the space and freedom for you to visualise what it is that you want, in order for you to get what you want.
Consultations will be 60 minutes and the number of sessions required will be agreed upon a case by case basis. Arthur asks that his clients fast for a minimum of 7 hours ahead of each scheduled meeting, unless, for health reasons they cannot.
