I have completed 2 yoga teacher trainings in India and Australia many moons ago and a couple of years ago added an additional 800 hrs training in yoga therapy, specialising in yoga with the aim of improving people’s health and wellbeing, working with specific, personal ( mental )
I offer group sessions and am also available for private tuition.
Having tried and tested many different styles of yoga with some amazing teachers over the years, I have since come to create a fusion of what I feel is most enjoyable.
With the use of music my classes are flowing and fun, can be gentle yet invigorating, energising and sometimes challenging, but accesible for most.
I like to invite intuitive movement and am very keen for peoples to listen deeply to themselves, their bodies and their emotions, to practice in a way that truly feels good rather than looks good.
I incorporate breathing, affirmations and meditation and am always happy to offer modifications as yoga is for everyone.
