Having practiced under the guidance of a number of inspiring teachers, I took the opportunity to complete my yoga teacher training qualification (200Hrs) with Sun Power Yoga in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
My Yoga classes begin and end with relaxation allowing you to connect with the breath and begin to let go of tension in the body. From this place of stillness we embark on a series of gentle movements and explorations, building strength, flexibility and finding ease in the body.
All postures can be adapted for different levels of experience and ability. By the end of the class you will feel refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.
At present I run an afternoon class on Tuesdays to be booked in advance.
