I first came to yoga as a teenager when I experienced the wonder of feeling grounded, centred and blissful through simple movement and breath.
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy yoga, and the benefits of a regular yoga practise.
Here in our peaceful studio, with the sound of birds singing outside the window, yoga is a living experience, a soothing balm for the soul.
Liz is a World Yoga Alliance accredited teacher of yoga.
